Synopsis

Stuck in Time was produced in partnership with SBS/NITV. Howie was 15 when he found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. A street fight he was involved in tragically resulted in someone dying. He and five others were charged with murder and sentenced to life in prison. Now, released from jail, he is dealing with lost time, life on the outside and the challenges of life on parole. With close to 80% of released prisoners re-offending, Howie is determined not to become a statistic. He hopes to be a role model to other young parolees and find his way in the world. This is his story.
